The Charming Squares quilt uses my favourite pre-cut fabric – the 5” charm square. These lovely packages of 5” squares contain a full range of fabric designs and provide a coordinated colour palette without any thinking on my part! The pattern has two options – the original lap size quilt using just one packet of charm squares and a bonus pattern using four charm packs or one layer cake. Alternatively, you can use your stash and cut 5” squares to create either of these quilts – the choice is yours!
